What are your return policies?

We offer our customers the opportunity to cancel the contract within 30 days without providing any reasons. Here are the key details of our return policy:

Cancellation period

You have the right to cancel the contract within 30 days of receiving the wine. The cancellation period begins the day after you receive the wine.

Conditions for return

  • During the cancellation period, you should handle the wine and packaging with care.
  • You may only unpack the wine to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it.
  • If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, the bottles of wine must be unopened, along with all accessories and, if possible, in the original packaging when returned to Conder Wines.

Exclusions from the return policy

Please note that opened or damaged bottles of wine cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect or a delivery error. Personalised or specially ordered products are also excluded from the return policy.

Refund and processing time

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the original payment method. Please note that the return shipping costs are generally to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
