My discount code isn't working – what could be the reason?

At Conder Wines, we want to ensure that our customers can benefit from great discount offers. However, there may be times when a discount code does not work. Here are some possible reasons why your discount code is not being accepted:

  1. Multiple uses of the discount code:
    • Discount codes are typically only valid for one use. If the code has already been used, it cannot be redeemed again. Please ensure that you entered the code correctly on your first use.
  2. Expired expiry date:
    • Each discount code has a specific validity date. If the code has expired, it is no longer valid. Therefore, always check the expiry date before entering the code.
  3. Discount code for non-discounted wines:
    • Our discount codes do not apply to wines that are already on sale. If you attempt to use a discount code for a wine that is already discounted, the code will not work. Check the "Before-After" prices to determine if the wine is already discounted.
  4. Duplicate discount codes:
    • In most cases, only one discount code can be used per order. If you enter multiple codes at the same time, the system will only accept one of them and ignore the others.
